Our Conway, SC office is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager In the Electrical Industry to join our team! Candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. CANDIDATE MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL, BE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE AND MULTITASK, TAKE DIRECTION AND BE A TEAM PLAYER! This position will require candidate to work APPROXIMATELY 15 HOURS PER WEEK.
++Previous experience in office of construction industry would be a huge plus!
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel files accurately
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist with organized filing systems
- Assist with all other office tasks
- Assist Project Managers and other staff with office functions
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
