Dream Home Inspection is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Information Systems Clerk I to support our administrative and information management operations. This entry-level role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting data systems, and assisting with basic information technology and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and information systems
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of records and documents
- Assist with organizing, filing, and retrieving digital and paper records
- Support basic system troubleshooting and report issues to the appropriate team
- Generate routine reports as requested by management
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
- Assist other departments with clerical and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, databases, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior clerical or data entry experience is a plus but not required
