About the Role
We are a logistics innovator developing modular, RCS-compliant cold chain technology that merges energy efficiency with carbon economics. As COO of the Cold Storage Division, you will lead the national expansion of modular cold chain systems across California, Texas, New York, Georgia, and Wisconsin. The mission: modernize refrigerated logistics while cutting energy use by 20% and offsetting two million tons of CO2 annually.This role calls for a proven leader in refrigerated logistics who thrives in growth environments — navigating complex supply chains, operational expansion, and sustainable transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a nationwide cold chain growth strategy, expanding modular cold storage footprints into five key states.
- Lead operational, financial, and technical teams in deploying forty-foot “Superwood” Light container units (in Design stage) optimized for high energy efficiency.
- Oversee refrigerated fleet retrofitting programs incorporating RCS-compliant technology and carbon telemetry integration.
- Manage major client and partner relationships, carbon credit partnerships, and fleet logistics.
- Ensure the division achieves 26 million dollars in five-year revenue with continual profit margin improvement.
- Build sustainable operations aligned with energy efficiency, carbon offset goals, and opportunity zone incentives.
- Serve as the division’s face to investors, clients, and counterparts in the Data Center Division to promote cross-sector energy innovation.
- Drive innovation through AI-driven logistics forecasting, waste-heat recovery, and smart refrigeration systems.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in logistics, refrigerated operations.
- Proven executive leadership track record (COO/CEO level preferred).
- Deep expertise in sustainability, RCS compliance, and clean energy systems.
- Experience with large-scale operational rollout, nationwide contracting, and transportation partnerships.
- degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering preferred.
- KNOWLEDGE FUEL CELL TECH A MUST
