We are seeking a highly organized and motivated part time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be asked to manage various administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of clerical skills, office management experience, and proficiency in computer applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle data entry tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering as necessary.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Support office management functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Must adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent (i.e.: GED, Trade School etc.) may be required.
