Full Job Description:

Precision Manufacturing Facility and FAA Repair Station seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant to partner closely with the Office Manager in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Office Assistant will support a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, helping ensure efficiency, accuracy, and seamless day-to-day workflow. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of discretion and attention to detail.

R.W. RADDATZ, Inc., located in Deerfield Beach FL, is an award-winning precision grinding machine shop that has 39 years of continuous operation. RADDATZ specializes in repair of aircraft parts, production of parts for nuclear energy, space, medical and other commercial industries and the production of specialized tooling and gages. R.W. Raddatz is FAA and EASA approved and is certified ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 REV.D, ITAR Registered and NIST compliant.

Skills:

- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual (Located 2 blocks from Tri-Rail Deerfield Station)

- Experience with ERP System Quantum Control a plus
