The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant, is to provide administrative and coordination support to: 1) Perpetua Resources, SVP Projects and 2) Leadership team of the Projects organization.
- Schedule, coordinate and manage Leadership Team travel and expense reports and assist with event accommodation when needed.
- Organize leadership events including weekly/monthly meetings, offsite strategy meetings and coordinate with Corporate Secretary team on Board meetings.
- Administrative duties in the Projects team.
- Assist with preparation, composition and editing of correspondence, memos, and reports for managers and conduct research as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Executive Assistant is remote. Some travel may be necessary to other Perpetua Resources locations such as Boise and Stibnite. Work schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week, with some occasional and limited work required on evenings and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare reports using Microsoft Applications: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Associates Degree in Business or other related experience.
- Prefer 5+ years’ experience in administrative support and coordination.- Must maintain a professional demeanor in all situations and be able to identify and maintain confidential information. In certain time-critical instances, work limited nights and weekends.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Generally, work in an office environment but must be able to travel as needed.
