Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through Indeed, EnergyHire AI, LinkedIn, and renewable energy forums.
Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs.
Post engaging job listings and screen top candidates aligned with company goals.
Maintain a candidate database and deliver an excellent recruitment experience.
Monitor hiring metrics and refine sourcing strategies for efficiency.
Qualifications
3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or technical industries.
Knowledge of solar, fuel cell, and energy storage roles.
Proven success with niche energy platforms and professional networks.
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and ability to manage multiple job requisitions.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
