Role Summary
We are hiring a Renewable Energy Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts across all departments. The ideal candidate has solid experience recruiting in the clean energy field, particularly for roles in solar, fuel cell, and energy storage, with a strong grasp of technical skill sets and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and corporate roles.

• Source candidates through Indeed, EnergyHire AI, LinkedIn, and renewable energy forums.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs.

• Post engaging job listings and screen top candidates aligned with company goals.

• Maintain a candidate database and deliver an excellent recruitment experience.

• Monitor hiring metrics and refine sourcing strategies for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or technical industries.

• Knowledge of solar, fuel cell, and energy storage roles.

• Proven success with niche energy platforms and professional networks.

• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with ATS tools and ability to manage multiple job requisitions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
