Office Assistant

About us

Champion Propane is the fastest growing propane company in southwest Ohio and we are looking to hire someone for a part time, office position. This position would be perfect for a stay at home parent while the kids are in school. Hours are flexible and would vary depending on the work load. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities:

- General office tasks, including, but not limited to, answering the phones, filing, cleaning, archiving old documents, stuffing envelopes, stamping envelopes and/or post cards, etc.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, invoices, and delivery logs.

- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients

Qualifications:

-Must be 21 years old or older with

-Previous experience not necessary

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent time management skills

-Good communication skills to interact with customers and fellow employees in a professional manner.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
