Our Accounts Receivables department is looking for someone who can answer telephones, do the daily package invoicing and verifications, entries for Visa synchronization, post cheque payments, end-of-day credit card print offs and organization, typing up estimates and sales orders, taking payments, order desk relief, ordering supplies and printing off invoices, and various projects as needed.
Starting wage is $21.00 per hour with a review and wage increase after 3 months. We give quarterly raises throughout the year and many other great perks. We also have a 3rd party benefits package after your probation period is over.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and especially Excel is a MUST. It is MANDATORY that you have a minimum 5 years experience in QuickBooks.
Experience with filing/receptionist duties would be an asset. You MUST be able to read, write, understand and speak English fluently and clearly.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with weekends and Statutory Holidays off and we are always closed between Christmas and New Years yearly.
