Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk will manage a high volume of invoicing. Key tasks include processing invoices, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with excel, QuickBooks, and OpenTicket/Open Invoice systems.

- Experience with OpenInvoice / OpenTicket required
- Experience with GEP Smart and Ariba preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
