Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and QuickBooks. This role supports daily financial and administrative operations and plays a key part in maintaining accurate billing and payment records.
- Create and send invoices in QuickBooks
- Apply customer payments and follow up on past-due accounts
- Enter and process vendor bills and payments
- Maintain accurate AR/AP records and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end reporting and administrative tasks
- General office support as needed- 1+ year AR/AP experience
- QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information
