The Technical Support Representative supports the global sales organization by providing technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires self-motivation, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work independently. Performance is evaluated based on customer feedback and collaboration effectiveness with the sales force.
- Collaborate with Research & Development on industry specific coating advancements, product recommendations, and system analyses.
- Deliver internal product training sessions and external presentations for customers and industry events.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
- Foster positive public relations with energy industry partners, including oil & gas, CCUS, geothermal energy and mining.
- Maintain consistent communication with regional sales representatives to support business goals.
- Build effective interpersonal relationships within the organization and with customers at all levels.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering) from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in the oil and gas industry preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and analytical abilities required.
- Travel: Up to 25% overnight travel (or higher if appropriate), including potential international assignments
