We’re hiring a Production & Technical Support Specialist who thrives at the intersection of hands-on work and
customer-facing problem solving. You’ll assemble high-quality products, support our customers with real-world technical questions, and help keep inventory and workflow running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who likes variety, values quality, and isn’t satisfied with “good enough.”
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components with precision
- Inspect products at each stage to maintain quality standards
- Program components using simple PC-based tools
- Test final products to ensure they meet specifications
- Package completed products for customer-ready shipment
- Log production, testing, and shipping data accurately
- Respond to customer and sales inquiries with confidence and clarity
- Document and manage product returns
- Receive, diagnose, repair, and return customer devices
- Spot opportunities for design or process improvements and communicate them
- Forward potential sales leads to the appropriate team
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests when needed
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience preferred in:- Customer service or customer-facing roles
- Manufacturing, production, or technical support
- Electric utility industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Detail-oriented with solid multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Professional office environment using standard office equipment
- Regular sitting, talking, and computer use
- Occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 25 lbs
