People & Culture Manager – MWS Group (U.S. & Canada) Location: Flower Mound, Dallas
MWS Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced
People & Culture Managerto support and lead our People strategy across the United States and Canada. This role is critical to strengthening our organizational culture and enhancing employee experience.

THE ROLE
The
People & Culture Managerwill lead the People function for the U.S. and Canadian operations, acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This role combines HR operations, employee relations, culture development, talent processes, and compliance across both countries.
The Manager will also be responsible for supporting the local teams in key HR subjects, including payroll coordination, recruitment, training management, and performance appraisal processes. This role plays a central part in ensuring high-quality HR service to the field teams and office staff.
A key responsibility of this role is to implement locally the HR policies and procedures established by the MWS Group, ensuring consistency across regions while adapting appropriately to U.S. and Canadian legal requirements.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is both strategic and operational, with strong experience navigating U.S. and Canadian employment practices. This role also requires frequent travel within the American region, averaging at least one trip per month.
LOCATION AND HOURS
This position is based at our
Flower Mound, TXoffice.
Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
One remote workday per week available after the onboarding period.
Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years’ experience) in a People & Culture or HR Generalist/Manager role, preferably supporting both U.S. and Canadian operations.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and payroll; familiarity with Canadian employment legislation is a plus.
- Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures within a corporate framework.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Experience supporting benefits administration in the U.S. and/or Canada.
- Previous experience in a technical, field-services, or industrial environment.
- Serve as the primary People & Culture point of contact for U.S. and Canada.
- Support the local teams in payroll coordination, recruitment activities, training management, and performance appraisal processes.
- Lead employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, coaching, and policy compliance.
- Implement MWS Group HR policies and procedures locally, ensuring alignment with global standards and compliance with local legislation.
- Partner with leadership and operations on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Support benefits programs, leave management, and well-being initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee files, and reporting requirements.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, reinforce organizational values, enhance communication, and elevate the employee experience.
- Collaborate with global People teams to ensure consistency across the MWS Group.
