Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and efficient Marketing Manager to handle lead management, appointment scheduling, and sales team coordination. You'll be responsible for processing leads, booking appointments, routing sales representatives, and overseeing our dialing operations. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. - Take in leads by text and book appointments as to adhere to booking requirements of available sales associates.
- Place new set appointments on company calendar in proper format.
- Return improper leads to vendor per the applicable guidelines of vendor return policy.
- Document lead data as delivered by vendors on a daily basis.
- Document personal performance metrics for incoming lead data on a daily basis.
- Determine appointment routes and route sales representatice to their respectable appointment destinations.
- Deliver routed appointments to sales representatives on WhatsApp scheduling chats daily and in line with company policy.
- Answer office virtual phone, take message of incoming caller, and report message on office chat for display and management to address.
- Answer questions for dialing center on daily basis as needed.
- Oversee the dialing operation and ensure performance remains high in regard to the metrics required.
- Confirmed all appointments verbally the day before it’s scheduled.* Experience with lead management and appointment booking.
* Familiarity with CRM software and calendar management systems.
* Experience in managing and overseeing a dialing operation or call center is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using WhatsApp or similar messaging platforms for scheduling.
* Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
