The Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining a professional and efficient office environment while providing essential support to the Finance team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with finance-related tasks and contributes directly to ensuring accurate and timely billing.
· Serve as the first point of contact for all office visitors.
· Maintain office/shop supplies & place orders as needed.
· Coordinate with building management for needed repairs & maintenance.
· Assist with new employee onboarding & expense report processing.
· Plan & coordinate multiple company wide events annually to foster team culture.
· Work cross-functionally with the sales department to generate & gain customer approval on field tickets.
· Work with other members of the finance department to ensure timely billing & collections.
High School Degree or equivalent

Experience:Prior experience in an administrative or billing role is preferred
