We are seeking an Office Administrator that will be responsible for answering calls, filing, preparing expense reports & purchase orders, booking travel/lodging arrangements, preparing shipping documents and other duties as needed.

· Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel & Access)
· Experience in expense reports, purchase orders and travel/lodging arrangements
· General correspondence preparation, office filing, special projects, etc.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Experience with preparing shipping documentation (i.e. packing slips, bills of lading, etc.)
· Associate's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or similar field is a plus
