- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for team meetings, appointments, and company events to optimize time utilization.
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management efforts through training, development, and performance oversight.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to foster team engagement and professional growth.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure effective communication across departments through clear email correspondence, phone etiquette, and internal updates.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to liaise effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning and coordinating large or small-scale gatherings.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams confidently while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing; familiarity with budgeting is a plus.
- Knowledge of vendor management practices to negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
- Experience managing schedules using calendar management tools; adept at handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Familiarity with human resources processes including onboarding, training & development initiatives, and employee recordkeeping.
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with excellent phone etiquette; experience in medical office management is advantageous.
