In this engaging position, you’ll support every aspect of the employee life cycle—preparing HR documentation, conducting pre-employment screenings, managing HR and office trackers, processing new hires and job changes in the HRIS system, and maintaining accurate records. To thrive in this role, you’ll want to bring the following strengths and experiences:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Experience with administering and maintaining records in an HR system (ideally ADP and/or Workday).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Understanding of legal requirements related to HR administration and office coordination.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
It’s an added bonus if you have any of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification e.g., PHR, SHRM
- Experience working in a logistics organization
- Familiarity with HR activity relating to Department of Transport regulations
- Experience in office management or coordination.
- Previous experience supporting executive visits and organizing events.
