We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. - Coordinate talent acquisition efforts, with our outsourced HR Manager
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including workers' compensation, health insurance plans, and retirement benefits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and employment & labor laws such as FMLA and affirmative action planning.
- Support change management projects related to organizational design and strategic planning efforts.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate data collection and entry for HR metrics using tools l
- Prepare reports on HR activities related to performance management, succession planning, and workforce management initiatives.
- Proven experience in human resources .
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict management, organizational design, strategic planning, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with payroll systems
- Certification or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
