We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, streamline workforce management processes, and foster a positive organizational culture through effective communication and project management. The HR Coordinator will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Draft administrative documents (employment certificates, work contracts and amendments, internship contract etc.)
- Assist in implementation of policies and procedures
- Monitor and ensure renewal of all fixed term contracts (if applicable)
- Monitor and update all HR dashboards
- Ensure the completeness of personal files
- Digitally archive personnel files
- Draft and post job adverts
- Shortlist suitable candidates for interview
- Organize interviews with Hiring Managers
- Draft and send offers, contract, and HR onboarding materials to selected candidates
- Arrange and conduct internal investigations, disciplinary & grievance meetings as and when required
- Assist Managers with employee HR matters
- Collect and archive performance review documentation for all employees
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain HRIS system (D365) and create reports as required
- Other duties as required
- 3- or 5-years’ experience in Human Resources administration
- Knowledge and experience with ERP’s
- Experience in mining preferable but not essential
- Working experience with diverse cultures is preferred
- Good Excel knowledge (intermediate level – pivot tables)
- Strong computer skills, including use of email/Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-organization skills and good time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and be proactive
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and a pragmatic approach to work
