HR Coordinator


We are a growing organization looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about supporting both employees and leaders. You will work closely with the Senior HR Coordinator and play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Managing full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.

- Handling day-to-day HR administration, including employee file management, HRIS updates, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.

- Supporting benefits administration, including enrollments, status changes, and employee inquiries.

- Assisting with new hire orientation and ensuring employees have a smooth start.

- Administering routine processes such as leave tracking, policy communication, and compliance documentation.

- Acting as a first point of contact for general HR questions and helping employees navigate HR procedures.

- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager on various tasks and projects.



Your Skills and Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on exposure to recruiting.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices, and US employment law and compliance.

- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

- Someone who is approachable, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Ability to travel to our various branches on occasion.
