- Support HR Business Partners in administering employee lifecycle processes (promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.)

- Maintain, audit, and manage employee data and documents in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)

- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and communication with field employees and applicants

- Assist with internal investigations, employee relations documentation, and unemployment claims

- Prepare HR materials including presentations, employment letters, and verifications
