The HR Coordinator delivers high-quality, day-to-day People Operations support. The role manages employee lifecycle transactions, coordinates onboarding and HR programs, and partners closely with employees and managers to ensure consistent, compliant, and positive HR experience.
- Employee Lifecycle Transactions
- Process hires, job changes, transfers, terminations, and personal data updates in Workday with high accuracy; monitor workflow routing and resolve exceptions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate pre-hire tasks, background checks, provisioning, orientation schedules, and offboarding checklists; ensure documentation is complete and retained per policy.
- HR Support & Case Management
- Triage HR tickets/emails, resolve Tier1 inquiries, and escalate to HR Business Partners/Payroll/Benefits as needed with complete case notes.
- Records & Compliance
- Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure document retention standards, support audits with timely data pulls.
- Program Coordination
- Assist with new hire enrollments, recognition programs, and HR communications logistics.
- Process HR Mail
- Other duties as assigned
- 1–2 years of HR/People Operations coordination or administrative support experience. New college graduates will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Workday (or similar Human Resources Information System), strong attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Excel; ability to manage multiple priorities and Service Level Agreements.
- Discretion with confidential or sensitive employee information
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with onboarding at scale, case management tools, and global processes.
- Familiarity with job profiles and basic level/grade concepts to route requests correctly.
