- Maintaining staffing operations across the board
- Corresponding with agents, reviewing resumes
- Maintaining the staffing database
- Obtaining daily staff requests and filling them efficiently
- Researching new potential hires
- Assisting with interviews and orientations, and supporting other human resources functions throughout the company (i.e. onboarding, benefits, etc.).
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, talent management, or HR sourcing with a strong understanding of recruiting best practices
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationship management effectively
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure all hiring practices are compliant and ethical
- Ability to perform research for lead generation and talent acquisition strategies; experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in employee orientation, contracts management, and employee evaluation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
- Applicants should have administrative and organizational skills, command of the use of personal computers and software applications
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and be adept at analyzing and interpreting policy and data
- Position will operate remotely, requiring access to a computer, internet, and cellular service
- Applicants residing in the Central Standard Time zone preferred
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or business administration is preferred
