Receptionist

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Carry out tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

· Maintain effective communication with office and field staff.

· Identify and address challenges in a proactive manner.

· Follow all company policies and procedures.

· Perform the duties of the job to include, but not limited to:

o Front desk duties, answering phones, greeting vendors/visitors

o Processing daily mail and checks received

o Taking and entering Daily Production Reports

o Filing

o Mailing of weekly vendor invoice payments

o Managing office supply inventory and placing orders when needed

o Creating and managing Division Orders

o Producing and filing federal Department of Energy report monthly

o Performing a monthly production audit

o Maintaining holiday and attendance schedules

o Creating Production spread sheets monthly using Excel, including the use of formulas

o Managing and maintaining records – licensing and maintenance – for all company vehicles

o Maintaining Certificate of Insurance files, including gathering COIs for an annual insurance audit

o Prepare applicable Safety material provided by our carrier to be distributed to field personnel

o Produce and maintain monthly gas production reports

o Maintaining a detailed returned mail log

o Manage the Drug & Alcohol testing program

o Mailing of monthly checks and statements

o Mailing of yearly 1099s

Qualifications:

· High school diploma

· Minimum 1 year of office experience

· Oil & Gas experience helpful

· Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Excellent organizational skills

· PakEnergy experience helpful, but not required

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work unsupervised

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
