Office Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an upbeat and motivated receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Answer incoming phone calls from customers

- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, emailing

- Assist with general upkeep of office including light cleaning, inventory, etc.

- Assist with additional administrative tasks as requested

Requirements:

- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Computer skills with basic programs and ability to learn new programs

Industry experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the desire to learn and a great work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
