We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression

- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette

- Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings

- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files

- Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management tools for daily operations

- Support administrative tasks such as bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, and assist with basic office management duties

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area while supporting office supply inventory management

- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times


Experience

- Previous office experience or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools

- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is highly desirable

- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members

- Knowledge of administrative procedures such as data entry, filing, proofreading, calendar management, and time management is essential

- Background in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant experience can be advantageous

- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
