- Answering the phone and directing calls appropriately.

- Taking complete and accurate messages.

- Managing and distributing the incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Maintaining and distributing the Redi phone list

- Keping the reception area and meeting rooms organized and free of clutter.

- Assisting C-Level Executives as needed.

- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopy, transcribing, and faxing.

- Completing other tasks assigned by the office lead.

Skills

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Hands-on experience with office equipment.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Possessing an outstanding customer service attitude.

Hourly Rate:

$20.00-$22.00 DOE.
