Yeamans Hall Club is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to members and guests. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all club services. The ideal candidate is professional, responsive, and thrives in a hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for member and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding club services, events, reservations, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments (dining, events, administration) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and updates in internal systems.
- Assist with scheduling reservations, bookings, and event registrations.
- Support front desk operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Gather feedback from members to help improve service quality and overall experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and office software.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
