Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently

- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Maintain office & kitchen supplies

- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

- Assist with basic office tasks and support team members as needed

Skills and Qualifications:
