We’re looking for a part-time Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and HR admin work across our client base.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews
- Conduct initial phone screens and document detailed notes
- Support recruiting and basic HR admin tasks for assigned clients
- Communicate professionally with candidates and clients
- Help keep hiring processes organized and moving forward
- Other various HR duties as assigned
- This is a startup-style role, priorities may shift, and you’ll need to roll with the punches
- No fancy benefits or perks yet
- You will clock in and out and be paid for hours worked
- While the schedule is flexible, client outcomes and timelines do matter -timely execution is a must.
- Interest in HR, recruiting, interviewing, or admin support
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and taking notes
- Able to work independently and adapt as needs change
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Strong communication and writing ability
- Self-starting, problem-solving attitude and drive
- A general sense of professionalism, kindness and success
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week
- Workload-based and flexible
- Work occurs during standard daytime business hours (Mon–Fri) as interviews are scheduled
- Fully remote — truly remote (no office, no hybrid)
- Preferred (not required): Based in or near Cache County, UT
- $15/hour
