Our Receptionist serves as the face and voice of the company by welcoming guests to the office, answering the main office phone number, and ‘running’ lobby activities. As a Receptionist, you will interact with potential candidates for employment, vendors, customers, the public, and employees visiting from other areas.

What You'll Do

- Be a champion of Company values; Treat all people with respect, Take care of our customers and Work together will be your motto

- Answer phone and direct calls, process daily mail, manage incoming/outgoing shipments

- Handles dispatch calls & orders in fast-paced environment

- Coordinate projects with field staff & vendors

- Cross train with other staff members to assist as needed

- Assist with day to day office functions and special projects

- Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

- At least 1-year prior experience in reception/administrative role is required

- Previous experience thriving in busy construction office is a plus

- Tech savvy skills to learn new software/applications quickly

- Polished, energetic, team-centric attitude and communication style is required

Work Environment

- Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

- Flexibility to work various schedules and stay late when necessary with little or no notice

- Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

- Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Legal Stuff

- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
