Are you organized, professional, and customer-focused? Outlaw Metal Fabrication is seeking a reliable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our shop. This full-time, 1 year temporary maternity leave, role supports front-desk operations, customer relations, billing, and general office administration and payroll.
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming reception experience.
- Manage a multi-line phone system; screen calls and route messages.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate invoice records.
- Respond to customer and vendor email inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to production and office staff (payroll, scheduling, filing, document prep).
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and basic accounts receivable follow-up.
- Maintain organized office systems and help colleagues stay on task.
- Perform general clerical duties (data entry, copying, mail handling, ordering supplies).
- 1–2 years of front-desk, administrative, or customer-service experience (manufacturing experience a plus).
- Proficient with multi-line phone systems, email, and Mac Book Computers (Numbers/Excel, Pages/Word).
- Basic bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Supportive team environment and steady, predictable hours.
