- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors both in person and over the phone.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet visitors, manage the front entrance, and ensure the reception area is consistently welcoming and attended.
- Support daily administrative needs including scheduling, composing memos, taking meeting notes, and assisting with presentations.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and organizing materials across departments.
- Receive and distribute USPS mail.
- Monitor office supply and kitchen inventory and place orders as needed.
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness in shared spaces such as the foyer, kitchen, and common areas.
- Assist the sales team with order entry, forms, and general data entry.
- Support other departments with special projects, light assembly, or general office tasks as needed.

- Contribute to general office coordination and occasional budgeting or planning support.
- High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with Google Workspace and NetSuite or Oracle experience considered a plus.
