Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
This role acts as the primary point of contact and administrative support for our organization. We require strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to ensure efficient office operations and a professional front-desk environment.
- Reception Duties: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Administrative Support: Prepare documents, data entry, reports, and presentations; manage filing systems and update records.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings/conference rooms.
- Office Management: Monitor inventory, order office supplies, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Communication: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and email correspondence.- Experience: 2+ years in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (scanners, printers, phone systems).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor, high discretion, and strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college diploma or certification in office administration is preferred.
