The Receptionist provides office support with a variety of administrative activities and related tasks. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, requisition of supplies, meeting coordination, document drafting/editing, data entry, project assistance and maintain meeting calendars.
· Provides administrative support to various company departments and projects.
· Orders, receives, stocks and distributes office supplies.
· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, data entry, document processing, and meeting coordination.
· Maintains safe and clean reception and conference area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Operate office equipment, and request repairs as needed.
- Oversees office maintenance.
- Maintain the breakroom.
- Answer main ZGlobal phone lines.
- Route calls to employees.
- Back-up to Safety Program.
- Assist with travel planning for employees.
- Responsible for records management.
- Responsible for calendar support.
- Scribe meeting notes.
- Order business cards.
- Oversee access to building.
Amount of Experience: 2-3 years of similar experience. Must be computer literate, proficient in Microsoft: Outlook, Office; professional verbal and written communication; excellent time management skills; ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes and to handle multiple tasks; ability to work with moderate or limited supervision based on objectives set by supervisor; ability to work on tasks utilizing judgment, tact and resourcefulness; skill in developing and maintaining good work relationships.
This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
