Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

-Answering and managing a multi-line phone system

-Greeting customers and providing professional front-desk support

-General administrative duties including filing and data entry

-Assisting with office organization and daily operations

-Supporting team members as needed

Qualifications:

-Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred

-Experience with Quickbooks is a plus

-Strong customer service and communication skills

-Proficiency in general office tasks and organization

-Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment

-Dependable and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
