· Carry out tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

· Perform the duties of the job to include, but not limited to:
o Front desk duties, answering phones, greeting vendors/visitors
o Managing office supply inventory and placing orders when needed
o Producing and filing federal Department of Energy report monthly
o Creating Production spread sheets monthly using Excel, including the use of formulas
o Managing and maintaining records – licensing and maintenance – for all company vehicles
o Maintaining Certificate of Insurance files, including gathering COIs for an annual insurance audit
o Prepare applicable Safety material provided by our carrier to be distributed to field personnel
o Produce and maintain monthly gas production reports
o Manage the Drug & Alcohol testing program
