Steeldeck Inc. – Gardena, CA Builder role. Hands-on. High ownership.
Steeldeck Inc. designs and manufactures modular steel staging, platforms, and structural systems used across entertainment, industrial, and architectural markets. Our products are high-load, precision-built, and increasingly produced in higher volumes using advanced automation and CNC-driven workflows.
We need a true manufacturing engineer — someone who can design parts, program machines, build fixtures, implement SOPs, and physically improve production throughput, quality, and consistency.
This role is not theoretical.
You will program machines, build systems, and engineer production lines.
- CNC machining systems
