# CNC Programming & Turn/Mill Lead Machinist
Location: Fultonville, NY, United States Shift: A Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
At 6:00 AM, you bring the shop to life—loading your latest program, dialing in offsets, and verifying critical tolerances before first article approval. By mid-morning you’re switching from a vertical machining center to a turning center, fine-tuning tooling paths you created from a customer drawing. You’ll pause to inspect parts with precision measuring equipment, then jump to a manual mill to craft a quick fixture. Before your shift ends, you’ll document setup and run times, confirm parts meet spec, and collaborate with teammates to keep production on schedule.
