Entry level machinist apprenceticeship program offers successful candidates a career path in advanced manufacturing. We provide hands on training, annual offsite seminars / trade shows and tuition reimbursement for applicable NMC courses. It is a four year program where candidates are trained on how to operate, maintain and set up advanced CNC machines. Supplemental tasks to the operation of the company are also taught and required to be performed on a daily to weekly basis.

- Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining advanced robotic equipped CNC turn/mill centers
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise manufacturing.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions and quality standards.
- Develop mechanical knowledge through hands-on assembly, tooling setup, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and promote safety across all machining operations.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, machining, or engineering with a desire to learn advanced CNC techniques. High School Diploma / GED
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position
