SUMMARY: Ensure installation and service teams have inventory necessary to support customer needs.

WORK HOURS: Normal work schedule is Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 1/2-hour lunch break.Occasionally, during our busy season, additional hours may be required to meet our business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Responsible for efficient communication, harmonious interaction and support of co-workers and management team members.

- Orders & maintains appropriate inventory levels of parts for service trucks and stockroom.

- Reviews log notes in a timely manner, and updates notes on accounts accordingly.

- Maintains cycle counts and updates to the system, works on year-end inventory.

- Ships, receives and distributes all parts and appliances to appropriate locations/personnel.

- Returns parts to vendor (RTV) and processes warranty claims/credits for items as necessary.

- Operates forklift for deliveries. Maintains daily forklift inspection form & reports any problems to operations.

- Hands out and maintains sign out sheets for company tools and inspects the tools when returned.

- Quoting repair jobs for field technicians by creating customer quotes based on field-provided information, submitting quotes to customers, ordering approved parts for both locations, and coordinating with dispatch once parts are received for scheduling.

- Helps Order appliances and parts for Atkinson and Somersworth location, cost comparisons and all tracking involved with orders.

- Customer Billing.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to provide general support to company operations, performing tasks of other personnel within the department as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
