The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing various HR transactions in SAP SuccessFactors, with limited supervision, following prescribed procedures, standardized practices and/or methods, which ensure data integrity, operational excellence, and timely processing. Expected to adapt solutions for specific situations and requires objective review of challenging work problems. This position serves as the internal contact for all HR Transactions and is responsible for the data processing function which includes entering, maintaining, auditing, and processing sensitive HR data.
- Serves as subject matter expert on HR Transaction process.
- Handles a variety of data management transactions related to status and position changes, transfers, terminations, compensation changes, along with department and organization changes. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of these transactions.
- Provides assistance to department users on processing organization maintenance, salary changes, promotions, and other HR support activities.
- Reviews and processes data according to the HR procedures and guidelines in a timely manner and ensures payroll processing deadlines are met.
- Uses functional and technical knowledge to provide end-users with general guidance and training as needed. Responsible for creating or updating internal training materials and process manuals.
- Provides accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries, which may require additional research and analysis.
- Analyzes requests and collaborates with the respective requestors HR and/or Payroll team members, and approvers to keep them informed of any inconsistencies and problems with the request.
- Assists in user acceptance testing for any system modifications, upgrades or new system functionality impacting HR transactions.
- Identifies and implements operational process improvements and reduces manual processes to improve efficiencies and data integrity.
- May cross train and provide backup for coworkers within the department and perform other tasks as required.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires a minimum of three to six years’ experience providing administrative support, and regular use of enterprise-wide applications such as SAP and SuccessFactors. Previous experience may include processing a high volume of data transactions such as ETools.
