~A well-established company looking for dedicated employees with an attention to detail.

~Jewelry experience is A plus.

~Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

~Qualify for benefits after 2 months (includes medical, dental, PTO,401K matching and holiday pay).

~Customer Service/Office Admin will be working with a team to accomplish daily tasks.

~ Daily duties include: Responding, coordinating, answering customer phone calls and emails, data entry, updating customer information/files, Client Satisfaction Surveys, Marketing projects (via mail and email, etc.)

Desired Experience:

At least 3 years experience

Data entry

Use of standard office equipment (printing, scanning, PC)

Knowledge of Office Programs (mainly Word and Excel)

Typing 50 WPM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
