Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers who depend on us for essential home services. You’ll coordinate deliveries and service, manage account updates, and work closely with dispatch and service teams to ensure accuracy and follow-through.

This role requires reliability, ownership, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed during busy winter heating periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy

Schedule fuel deliveries and service appointments

Maintain detailed and accurate customer account records

Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve customer needs

Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution

Support customers calmly and confidently during peak heating season

What We’re Looking For:

Proven reliability and consistent work history

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort working in a phone-based, service-driven environment

Attention to detail and accountability for accuracy

Ability to stay organized and focused during busy periods

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

Prior customer service, scheduling, office, or call-center experience preferred

Strong computer, math, and writing skills
