Due to continued growth, SIGMA is seeking to expand its team at the Sauk Village, IL Sales Office. We are currently looking for a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join us as a full-time Customer Service Representative. While prior experience in waterworks or industrial sales is preferred, we are willing to train a candidate who demonstrates strong potential and a willingness to learn.

- Process customer inquiries, provide product information, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare and enter accurate customer quotations based on product specifications and pricing guidelines
- Manage sales order entry, including order processing, verification, and updates within internal systems
- Monitor and track order status, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive communication with customers regarding delays or changes
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and logistics to ensure accurate and efficient order execution
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, pricing data, and order documentation
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
- Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and order processing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
