Your Impact in This Role

As a

Customer Services Representative

your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving commercial, technical, and operational issues.

- Manage customer onboarding according to company processes.

- Handle order and contract management, including order entry, amendments, billing, and price revisions.

- Provide commercial support by preparing offers, sending samples, and handling inquiries.

- Administer accurate data in ERP systems and maintain shipment files for audit purposes.

- Coordinate logistics activities, including transport planning, customs documentation, and complaint resolution.

- Manage export processes, track shipments, and liaise with customs agents for overseas deliveries.

- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast future material needs, and collaborate with production to ensure availability of resources to meet production schedules.

- Cost Management: Optimize costs through competitive sourcing, negotiation, and analyzing market trends. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.

- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including RFQs, supplier quotations, purchase order creation, expediting, delivery tracking, and invoice resolution.

- Review, validate, and execute MRP-driven purchase requirements to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.

- Maintain supplier relationships and assist in monitoring supplier performance through scorecards and corrective action processes (SCARs).

- Coordinate supplier logistics, freight, and delivery schedules to support production and customer requirements.

- Analyze purchasing, pricing, and inventory data to identify cost reduction and supply chain efficiency opportunities.

- Assist in maintaining item master data, BOM accuracy, and pricing integrity within the ERP system.

- Support inventory planning strategies including JIT, Min/Max, reorder points, and safety stock.

- Participate in continuous improvement, risk mitigation, reverse logistics, and sustainability initiatives.

What You Bring To The Table

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics in an international environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Salesforce, BI, CPM

- Proficient in English and Spanish preferable
