Position Overview

Utility Partners of America (UPA) is seeking highly motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join its team. The primary function of this position is to perform clerical work in our Tucson, AZ office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Manage couriers, shipping and logistics as needed

-Front line for organizing all invoices for local office and communication with Human Resources

-Accountable for scheduling and logistics for training classes, associated paperwork, and necessary equipment for each respective project.

-Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

-Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

REQUIREMENTS:

-High level verbal and written communications skills

-Must have 3+ year Admin Assistant experience

-Excellent organizational skills

-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

-Professional attitude and appearance

-Prior experience managing dynamic office environment

-Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Power Point, etc.

-Ability to identify areas of value and take ownership

-Must consent to a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check
