Field Landman

RWT Land Services, LLC is interested in hiring 5-7 qualified highly skilled Landman to our team due to our growing work load in the East Texas area. This job-posting is intended for Contract Landman who are highly motivated and wish to join a strong team with the intent of providing a reliable work product and thusly allowing us to better serve our Clients in a fast paced & highly efficient manner.

We are searching for Landman with a high attention to detail who are fast paced and self driven. It will be a hybrid work environment with some of the work being able to be done remotely along with some trips to the local court house being required. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must

Some of the responsibilities that applicants will be tasked with are listed below:

• Oil and gas Leasing
• Title Runsheets
• Title Curative
• Pipeline Right of Way
• Cursory Leasehold Title confirmation
• Due Diligence
